Refund policy

At Zattire, we want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, we've made returns and refunds as straightforward as possible for our US customers.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@zattire.us with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm the details and provide instructions on how to send the package back to our US facility:

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few extra days for the credit to appear on your account statement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@zattire.us or +1 310-516-7668 with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you, including return shipping.

Return Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot issue a refund for items lost in transit back to us.

  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene or safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return unless faulty. Any exceptions will be clearly noted on individual product pages.
